I was playing the realm fine last night and when i got on today after it updated the realm is very laggy and the chunks arent loading, i fell from the sky hitting invisible walls of unloaded chunks

it occurs every time i play on my realm since the 1.19.30 update, very laggy, chunks not loading and my maps keep getting black voids on them, falling out of the sky due to unloaded chunk walls
