Inventory Items Disappear upon logout

Items stored in Player Inventory, top left most slot, randomly disappearing upon logout in Realm. Seems to be affecting only items crafted and then placed before logout. Intermittent replication, unable to reliably replicate after some experimentation. Items missing and not returning after attempting to move other items in and out of slot. Items are not lost to crafting grids or dropped from player inventory as no items appear on ground as drops.
