Invisible Item (Entity) Clientside Bug

I have a rare bug with my game that appears to have resulted from nothing. Any items that are dropped (Thrown, Mined, Dropped from Mob, etc.) have a random chance of becoming invisible. An item stays invisible until picked up after being found or relogging. I have not found a way to reproduce it other than random chance, and on some days it appears to happen more often. Changing all my graphics has not made the bug stop or made it occur less. The entities have no hitbox, no shadow, nothing to indicate they even exist. Please help me. When I progress to the final phase of my realm, I don't want to be losing Shulker Boxes and Beacons.

In the crash report provided, I made sure that one entity was visible and others were not. This, hopefully, would provide a somewhat different line of code in the report.

Edit: It's been a month with not a single mod responding to me, so I'm not gonna assume you guys ignored it or got lazy, but that I didn't provide sufficient info.

In the month that I've been left in the dark, I figured out my singleplayer worlds don't experience this bug and neither do multiplayer worlds. It only affects Realms worlds whether other people are online or not. It doesn't make sense to me and is driving me insane. Also, not quite sure why my issue was updated to 1.13.3 despite the fact that 1.13.1 just came out a few days ago. Strange, but alright.
