Resource Pack Sub Settings Do Not Save and Revert to Default Every time You Open Your Realms World

What I expected to happen was...:
I tried to change resource pack sub settings in my Realms world.

What actually happened was...:
When I go into my realms world the settings do not save and reverted back to the default settings.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Activate a resource pack with sub settings.
2. Open the sub settings and change it.
3. Back out and open realms.

4. Settings will reset.
