[REALMS-12760] Subpack slider still not working on realms

Actions & Stuff subpack slider on realms is still not working on a fresh new realm with only actions & stuff on that fresh new created realm

Yes, fix the issue. Everyone wants the sliders to work! We payed for it!!!

Our prior fix required one small configuration update as well. That has been made so subpacks are working 100% correctly on Realms now.
