After update I can't play multiplayer on Nintendo switch

After the last update I can't play multiplayer on the switch note. I normally enter my account, after logging in we try to log in with the second account, and it does not enter with the other account. Enter as if it were the same account, even if you chose another account with Microsoft login. Until before the update, we played with multiplayer without problems. This error occurs only when we try to play on the same console. Because of this, we are playing on the cell phone, which is horrible, even paying for the Relms that supports multiplayer. Definitely, a bug that is making us want to play.

I have the same problem. One player anyone can play in the realm with their account. When we try to play split screen on the switch the second player always loads in as copy of the 1st player account rather than load up their actual account.

Same issue on ps5, split screen always loads second player as guest user even when they have a microsoft account.

Same here on ps5 only started since happy ghast update

We have the same issue. Our kids play via switch console and I via pc, but now the kids can’t play on there own account and that takes out all the fun for them. Place fix this. We are paying for realms just to play with our kids…
We tried the full restart of the console but nothing seems to help.

Try to go settings in the main menu and go to multiplayer part and enable it.

It has nothing to do with the multiplayer configuration. After the previously mentioned update, the game does not allow a split screen with a different profile. Simply open a copy of the first logged-in profile.

Update yesterday changed account behavior a bit but didnt solve this
