[REALMS-1323] my realms crash every 20 minutes ...

My realms crash every 20 minutes ... It's a normal realms without cheating in survival and every 20-40 minutes the server disconnects all players and we have to wait a few minutes each time before we can come back.

Mine does the same- on Xbox1- and it started after the last update. Everything is GENERALLY saved (I've lost a minecart) but it's getting annoying.
