Realm world download fails almost always after 1 GB has been downloaded

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Have a large world (we have 2.8 GB) in a Realm

2. Try to download the world

Expected result: World is fully downloaded to local storage
Actual result: Download always fails a bit after the “Downloading World” screen shows “1 GB”

This is a major issue for us as we cannot download the realm world locally for backup purposes and generate a web map of the Realm.

Edit: I tested more and here is what I did and found out:

1. Restarted Windows and close all other programs

2. Tried to download the current version of the Realm from "Download world" button in realm settings, it succeeded

   • The game version of the world I tried to download was in 1.21.100, every attempt I tried previously was in 1.21.9x.x or older, if that matters?

3. Tried to download the Realm world right after the previous one completed, the new download failed

   • Also tried to download an older Realm backup (2025-07-08), failed

4. Tried to download the Realm world after restarting Minecraft, failed

   • Also tried to download an older Realm backup (2025-07-08), failed

5. Tried to download the Realm world after restarting Windows, failed

   • Also tried to download an older Realm backup (2025-07-08), failed
