Whenever me or my friends fly around and the like, we notice that chunks consistently render wrongly. (See attached video) It then corrects itself when getting close.
This only happens on realms, as a local copy of the same exact same world does not have this issue.
This causes difficulties in regards to locating bases and such, on my friends PC, which is slightly slower, almost averything around him is wrong.
Itβs also really ugly.
I assume this has something to do with the realm predicting what is should show the user, and with a lot of older chucnks, it causes this huge discrepancy. Newer chunks have slighter issues sometimes, but not as bad.
Weβve been seeing it for a while, but it seems to be getting worse.
How to reproduce;
Upload a world with chunks generated from before 1.18? (i believe thats when seeds were last reshufled) to a realm. Maybe it also happens in places newer biomes override old ones, not sure (Pale Garden, Cherry Groves).
Environment
PC Bedrock, but i believe my PS5 friend said something about this as well.
