I was playing on my realm yesterday (gamertag Lindia57). All was fine. Beginning last night, I was unable to join my realm. Also, others cannot join either. I see "This may take a few moments" for about a minute, then "Unable to connect to realm". I've tried on my ipad via my home wireless, my iphone via cell data (which i've done before no problem), my win10 computer, and my kids accounts on their kindles. Same on all. Not sure if the world is corrupted? If so, are there backups that could be restored?
We're all running 0.15.6. I created a realm on one daughter's account and we can all join that one. It's just my realm that's got issues. Mojang support directed me to post online and enter a bug here.

We are having the same issue in our realm. Luckily we tend to backup daily as Realms has become so unstable. We have seen chunks that crash the server if you load them (get within 5 chunks or so). Rolling back seems to fix it for a while, but then another chunk will get corrupted.
There don't seem to be any way to remove, rollback, rebuild, or even just identify a chunk from the database. All tools are for the PC version, nothing seems to exist for PE/WIN 10.
Our realms is used by a variety of users (iOS, Android, & WIN10). It's been going for a number of months now and has gotten quite large.
