Realm file not downloading

Hi, I have been trying to download my realm world file for a few months now and it won't let me, it reaches 1gb and then gives a failed to download error. I cannot make my world less than 1gb and I really want to download the file. Even trying to manually save world gives me an error code 504 failed to save. I don't know what to do anymore, it's getting rather frustrating! I'm on ps5, through ethernet connection. I even purchased the game on my laptop to try there and still doesn't work. This really needs to be fixed. Sick of wasting money for things not to work.
