Realms not saving

My realm is also experiencing this issue. Lost a few hours of playtime from last night. Played again tonight, logged out, and it reverted back to its initial state again.

Could you please start support cases so we can investigate this more thoroughly? 

Tengo el mismo problema desde la misma fecha.  Los respaldos tampoco funcionan.

Me pasó con dos plantillas diferentes.

I have the same problem since the same date. The backups are useless.

I use two diferent templates.

Cross referencing to REALMS-1463. 

Makes the service unusable. Will cancel if this doesn't get movement in the next week.

My game begins to save, so the error has been fixed.
