[REALMS-1512] Operators unable to use commands on the realm

All of the players with the Operator status are unable to use any commands in the realm.

It's on realms version 1.8.0. It's identical issue to 1511

Same issue here all 4 of my admins have lost their perms the same time. Doing everything in my power to restore but no luck. Other ownere that i know are having same issue. My version is android. 1.8.0 i believe with exp. Gameplay and cheats active and edu. Turned on. Cheers FiveRock420
