I started a new world in a Realm this 3 days ago.  I have found that at times some chunks do not render their textures.  This happens in areas that have been previously generated and loaded.  Logging out and back in doesn't not seem to correct it.  I can download the map locally, open it and the textures will properly render.  I can then upload that map back to the Realm and the glitch is fixed.  This has happened 3 times now in the past 2 days. Â

While playing on the OP's realm, I had found the first of the chunk areas that were invisible. The area was fine within the past hour. I know because the path I travel goes through that area. I reconnected to the realm 2 times after I had found the invisible area. I had called other players to me to see if they saw it the same. They confirmed that the invisible area was server related. A few of us members traveled onto the invisible area a short distance. I did not go far onto it. However, when i was on it somewhere past 10 block, in a view other then 1st person, when looking back to land everything disappeared.

The OP came onto the realm and I showed them the issue. OP downloaded the world to test it out locally and found no issue. OP uploaded the world back to realms. We joined and the invisible area was visible again.

Shortly after the re-upload of the world, another member said they found another one. I went to them to see it.Â

The OP went through the steps taken for the first area to re-upload the world again.
The second invisible are was fixed.
Again, after the re-upload another member found another large invisible area. This one we left alone for the time, planning to perform the above step to fix it later.
The following day, I was the first to log in and I found a new invisible area within view of base. This time I spent a little more time looking into it. I traveled onto it, while crouched, until i could go no further. It was like I came to a drop to the void. I tried throwing items over the edge but they seemed to hit a wall. I noticed that i could not sneak over the edge of the block I was on. i traveled along this void for a short distance. It appeared as though the area within the invisible area did not exist.Â

I had the OP download a copy of the world and put the realm in creative without uploading the world back to the realm, I Thought just enabling creative would not reset the realm, so I could fly around it and see how high it goes. When I entered in creative the invisible area and void was not there.

This has occurred 2 days in a row, beginning the day after the realm was created.
