Previously talked to Mojang support and they told me to go here. So my realm is currently locked under itself. I had installed resource packs on the world before v1.10. But when the village and pillage update release the realm only became accessible to those who what I’ll called “crack packs” eventually I tried uninstalling the game, closing the realm, removing and re adding players. Nothing now only one person is able to get into the realm.
i cannot download the world, download a cloud save or anything. If this can be considered for future problems allow force player to download packs be an option within the actual realm settings it self and not the world save settings.
