I have applied Chroma Hills to my realm, and somewhere between it getting updated something may not be working correctly. I updated the texture pack and it works fine in single player. Once it was loaded to my realm, it reverts to default. Can confirm at least one other case of this happening.

@unknown - Thanks for the information. Have you tried removing any cached packs that you have on your device (found in Settings>Storage)?
I just checked right now, I had a few cached packs from prev resource packs i was trying out but none of them were for Chroma Hills, as a precaution I cleared out all cached files, as well as removed Chroma Hills and re-downloaded. Setup a brand new world, uploaded Chroma Hills, and still doesn't work. 😞
Is this starting to look like a local issue or the way realms accepts new packs?
I noticed when I start ch local the startup an shutdown messagewindow is corrupted. Maybe it's nothing but that's the only difference I noticed in ch latest locally.
It looks as though the issue has had more than one issue. Hopefully the issue with owners not being able to upload the pack successfully is resolved now, but there is an ongoing issue whereby players that don't own the pack entitlement are seeing missing/wrong textures when joining a Realm that belongs to someone else. Please be assured that we are still actively working on this issue, but please remember this is a bug tracker and not a support forum, so we won't necessarily be able to give progress updates.
Thank you for all of the useful comments that have helped us to identify the issue so far, we hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.
We believe this issue is fixed now - but players who have previously downloaded Chroma Hills from Realms (and not from Marketplace) will have to remove Chroma Hills from their client cache before joining a Realm with Chroma Hills in order to see the textures correctly.
To do this, go to Settings>Storage and remove any cached resource packs. You will then be prompted to download the pack again when you join the Realm.

Platforms: Xbox One X and Windows 10 Bedrock Editions
Affecting: Realms
Seems since hotfix the pack will not stay put on realm uploads. It is stripped back to vanilla.
I've been messing around since the bug and got it to work for just myself in my global active packs but not fully when I join a realm. The grass gets defaulted back to vanilla and there is a weird texture overlay glitch that usually occurs when having textures from multiple texture packs conflict. This is showing even when I don't have any other packs installed. So it seems to conflict with perhaps the vanilla default pack?
This also seems to correlate with another post I made a few weeks back about resource packs and behavior packs being removed once uploaded to a realm. These packs work perfectly fine in non-realms (Single player and multiplayer hosted worlds)
If the bug team has any further questions please let me know!
