[REALMS-2714] When I go to nether and try to get out I'm disconnected of the server, losing all progress that happened before entering the portal

I don't know what to do, it's happening everytime and I need to go to nether and get back

This happened to me about a month ago any time I tried to go through the nether with a pet following me. My game would crash and I would lose the last 10-15 minutes of progress.

We're tracking the crash-rollback under MCPE-12347 so I've requested this report be resolved and linked as a duplicate. The issue with exiting the nether leading to a crash/freeze is MCPE-44815.
