[REALMS-2893] Please make it so you can reset the nether and end.

I want to reset the nether because of the new nether update. I want to find all the new things and biomes. I want to reset the end because I'm not having any luck at all with end cities.

In order to reset the nether, you can also download the realm's world, delete the folder called DIM-1 for resetting the nether and reupload it after that.
DIM1 holds information for the end, however, it would generate the same end again, if you were to delete it, since it's tied to the world's seed.
