I play realms on PC (windows 10) and on the Xbox one. I throw an ender pearl through the portal to get from the end to the end city/islands, but it teleports me next to the portal to leave the end and not to the end city/islands.

I've not heard from you in a while. In order to keep the REALMS project running smoothly I'm going to temporarily close this issue as "Awaiting Response".
