The realm works perfectly up until I go exploring; when it crashes it really crashes and closes the whole realm for everybody for a good hour, then when we log back in it rolls back about 2 hours of work. The last rollback we had almost ended the server because we had just finished making a massive path around the map and digging a huge cave when it rolled back and undid it.
I think it has something to do with loading new chunks because it only happens when somebody is exploring

this is something similar to what happened to me. My friend and I went out about 1000 blocks or so to dig out a spot to fight the wither. We did so, digging a long hole and then fighting the wither. We wrapped up, went back to base, and logged off. When my friend logged on later, she was back to just after we beat the wither for some reason. I logged on about 45 minutes later to check on this issue (she told me about it) and I was also back in this area. I reloaded two backups to try to fix the issue but the earliest backups were also just after we had beaten the wither. There should've been another backup from further past that because going back to base took about half an hour. We lost about 45 minutes of progress, which isn't the worst but is pretty annoying. I saw a similar post awhile back (like a month ago) but this is the first time it's happened to me and the post said it had been resolved.
The post above also seems similar to mine in that we both loaded a fairly large amount of chunks getting out to spawn the wither, and that might be what's causing the problem (although it is weird that it sent us back to after loading the chunks to get out there when we logged back in).
Realm details: 10person, default gamemode hard survival, cheats enabled, bedrock edition, me and my friend were playing on windows 10
