Replacing my realm with another world.

I am reporting an issue with the Minecraft Realms on the bedrock edition (1.14.60). I am trying to replace my realm on Minecraft with another world - this had worked previously - but for some reason now I cannot and it continually says "failed to connect to realm". How can I fix this?

Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is Invalid.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.

Please be sure to search for duplicates before reporting. The issue with not being able to upload to Realms in REALMS-474 and the issue with unable to connect is REALMS-2054 if you want to upvote these to get them more attention.

I have edited it and since I am paying you I would like to see you offer me help because it is not good customer service!

In case you didn't read the entire message above, both the issues you reported have been reported previously. Their names are links you can use to upvote them and/or provide additional information that might help the developers find and fix the issue. Since it's a duplicate, I will close this ticket as Invalid.

Note that the bug tracker is not a customer support site. Our job is not to help you fix your problem; for that please try the Community Support discord linked in the Quick Links above.
Our job is to collect and manage bug reports and forward valid ones to the developers. Our management includes linking duplicate reports created by people who don't search for a prior report as we ask them to do. That's a pity, because 42% of all reports turn out to be duplicates, and they waste both the reporter's time (to write them) and ours (to process them). We are community volunteers, not Mojang employees, so it costs us personally, not Mojang, to clean up the duplicates.

Since there are only a couple dozen of us to cope with thousands of bug reports from millions of customers, we have to have some rules, which you will find in the Issue Guidelines linked above. Observing those rules and guidelines will ensure you get the best and most efficient experience we can give you on the bug tracker.
