[REALMS-4483] Can't Renew Realm

Every time I try and renew my subscription on one of my old realms it doesn't renew. I either get an endless realm loading screen (see realms 1 pic) OR I try to renew my subscription and I get this endless loop (see realms 2 pic).

I can purchase from the marketplace and I am connected to ethernet. What could be the problem?

However, this issue is Invalid.

As this is an issue with your account or billing, you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support directly.

The bug tracker is manned by volunteers and as much as we would like to, we don't have the ability to assist.

I and others are having the same issue and receiving the same error message "store connection lost" when trying to purchase/renew realms. Hopefully Mojang notices the growing number of tickets related to this.
