We are having a problem with a realm created a few days ago. The realm itself does save, but progress from outside players randomly resets. The realm was created on my husband's account, and I have played it daily. Today I log in, and I have no inventory and am back at the original spawn point. We have restarted the system multiple times, double checked to make sure I was signed in and synced. Not finding any reason for this, except that it is a bug. The same thing happened to my Son yesterday. He made progress 4 different times, and each time he came back, he had nothing.
This is still happening after 1.2.1.

Shelly, it seems it is unable to add a player directly to the game, that is not previously signed in. If I push start to join and come into the game, it signs me in but does not sync.
If I use the xbox menu, sign in, then push start to join, it works. So, the sync issue is within the game. Hope this helps! It would be nice to see this fixed.
Well, it seemed that was working. The last few days, it does not matter how or when we sign in, all progress is just gone. This is really disappointing. The only person who still has progress saved is the realm owner.
Still having same problem daily. Today, I've been trying to retrieve saved progress and inventory for the last 2 hours. Is anyone even gonna look at this?
Lia, they'll look at it. It won't be updated instantly. They have to figure out why it's occurring and make sure new programming doesn't cause new problems.
