I decided to come back into MC after about 12 month with the new all in version. Got it, started a world with no problems, until my wife decided to join me, I made the choice to start a realm sub after I had a 14 day trail some months back. I paid £7 for 2 months.
3 days in, I can't reset it, log into it start it, change it, delete it... Nothing.
I need this fixing as essentially it's costing me money every day I can't do anything, paid for a service I am not able to utilise.

I'm having a similar issue. Realms are not showing up for me, as I am the owner. But it shows up for my friends and they are able to join. I can only join a friend who is already in the realm. When I join, a message tells me I need an update. But there are none. Also I'm part of the Xbox insider program, alpha ring. I'm not sure if that has something to do with it.

I got the same issue.
On my Xbox it always says that it can`t connect to realms.
On PC I always can see my Realm, but sometimes I can join, sometimes i can`t or it kicks me out after 1 or 2 hours.
I tried everything from re-instaling the game, restart my router, completely uninstalled any DLC, disabled the Norton Firewall and so on.
Right now it´s just the Trial time, but I won`t purchase Realms if it`s so unstable.
