[REALMS-5245] can't login to friends realm since update 1.16.2

I haven't been able to login to a friend's realm since the most recent update a couple days ago. I'm just stuck watching the loading screen forever. I texted the person who owns the realm and she can't get on it either

I have the same issue. Just hangs on the connecting screen until i hit cancel.

same. i tried joining my friends world last night and today and it just stays on the loading screen

yup, I have a realm and only I can connect. All my friends are on infinite loading screen.
