Nobody can connect to realm for last couple of days, could be related to 1.16.2

Does REALMS-3075, happen to describe your issue?
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

Is the realm updated to 1.16.2? If so, trying to connect with 1.16.1 won't work. Is the realm still on 1.16.1? If so, trying to connect with 1.16.2 won't work.
