[REALMS-536] All my friend can say in chat in ####

All my friend can say in the chat is #'s. for every character he types instead of the word all we see is #'s ... i cannot figure out what the problem is so we settled on it being a bug. PLZ Fix!!
PS he doesn't see the #'s just us. this is for realms for the bedrock edition.
