Cant access my realm keep getting the code "client incompatible" even thought my game is updated. I've removed and reinstalled the game launch, didn't help. Created a new load in the installation section with the newest version, didn't work. Tried launching it in the snapshot then closing it and launching it with the correct version, didn't work. Tried running it as a administrator, didn't work. Posted in the discord and haven't heard back from ether community or a administrator. Tried loading the game on my laptop to make sure it wasn't my PC and got the same code. Not sure what else I can do to fix this, any help would be wonderful.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
