When I log in the realm kicks everyone out me included

PS I DONT LIVE NEAR NO VILLAGE SO VILLAGERS ARE NOT THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!

So this has to do almost with the same report I did yesterday but with the only difference that I just noticed and my friend help me notice that when I login that’s when people get kicked out about a minute or two after I do, and obviously when they go back it loads in an old save, Meaning that they have lost some of Their progress, I really don’t know what’s causing the fact that I go in if (it’s a bug or not) and kicks people out and then makes us go to another save that is been backed up... Y’all better do something about this issue because I am not going to be paying again for another realm month when from this one which is my first I I am going to be losing about a week and a half if y’all don’t work on this issue as quick as possible. I would consider paying another month if y’all Decide to practically gave us for free the time that we lost and we paid for. Don’t expect me to make another payment if this is not fixed within the next two days.
