Upon attempting to join the realm I had been invited to, the game will crash before I am able to connect. It gets as far as the 'this may take a few moments' screen before an inevitable crash. This has been going on for about a week now, and attempts were made to join other realms and servers with success, but this only appears to happen on this realm with my main account, as attempts were also made to connect to the realm by a freshly created account that resulted in success. The account that crashes the game also crashes the versions of Minecraft (Bedrock Edition) that exist on phone and Xbox One when attempting to join. Players on the realm are also notified of my account leaving the server, but there is never a joining message. The join message is my new account successfully connecting to the realm.

We are experiencing exactly the same issues with my Realm too. We are on Bedrock. After the recent update, you never know if you will be able to enter the realm or not... sometimes you get in, sometimes not. It is very inconsistent. It stays stuck on the "loading" screen. Some people receive error messages "An error occurred; please try again later.". Those people in the realm at the time see the in game message "gamertag has left ...", but never the message that they joined. (Bedrock Edition)
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

I have a friend that is having this issue. He has tried on pocket edition (like on a android phone), he has tried on his xbox, and PC. No matter what game mode, when logging on to our specific realm (that everyone else can log on just fine) the game crashes on all devices.
