[REALMS-7393] Texture pack setting not saving on Minecraft realm

When I change the Texture Pack setting to '64x' on my Minecraft Realm for the Hattoricraft Texture Pack it does not save.

I can change this setting for my single player experience and it saves with no issue.

Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.11)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).

Issue still persist in 1.17.11, actually the issue affects all of the resource pack that have preferences. (Like texture pack with multiple resolutions)

I have this issue. Summary: I cannot change the settings of a resource pack on my realm. I am able to upload the pack, but whenever I go to edit my world on the realm and change the setting within the pack, after closing (presumably saving) and opening it again, it is reverted to the default setting.

Makes most packs pretty unusable, hoping it gets resolved soon.
