Changing user on Xbox can force this to happen.
Step to reproduce:
Open Minecraft
Press Y (Change user)
Select another profile
Open Marketplace

He has been changing platform to multiple but the bot keep changing it back.
Issue still persist in 1.17.11, actually the issue affects all of the resource pack that have preferences. (Like texture pack with multiple resolutions)
