Can't reset or replace Realm since update to 1.16.210

Since update to 1.16.210 we can no access my daughter's Realm, reset it, or replace it. We receive a variety of error messages, including no internet, no place to store the Realm, or just the wheel and bar of no return. We've restarted the iPad, she has plenty of space (over 200GB), our internet is working fine (this message is using it), and we just renewed the Realms subscription a day prior to the update but now we are wasting money because we can't play it.

However, this issue is Invalid.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets.
However, please review the Bug Tracker Guidelines before creating new reports. Be sure to search for an existing issue as it is likely to have already been reported. In particular please see REALMS-474, REALMS-6075, REALMS-7113 to see if any of those describe some of your issues.

If you are unable to find a duplicate report, feel free to create a new report for a specific single operation that is not working. Be sure to include the exact message(s) you get, along with the steps to reproduce it.
