I am unable to join a friends Minecraft realm. This is not my first time on their realm, as I have been playing on it for about a month. I am stuck on the "Joining Realm Building Terrain". I have tried restarting all devices I have played on, signing out and signing in, and other troubleshooting techniques listed on the help page.
