Realm crashes and doesn't save. Every time I get in the realm it starts over at the same spot. It does not allow me to restore from backup. Please help.

We're going to be tracking this issue at REALMS-9078, so we will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket it would be appreciated.
Specifically, we would like to know if this is still happening, as we rolled out a server-side hotfix on Friday that addressed some of the issues mentioned on Realms. Also, please let us know if you were using the Caves & Cliffs Experimental Toggle at all.
