When enchanting items, log out and return, your enchant seed changes, allowing you to do different enchants.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. I have the exact opposite problem. My enchantment seed is permanently stuck. Even after enchanting multiple items I will always produce the same enchantment. Likewise, my level decreases but only temporarily and when I log back out/in it is back to the previous point before the enchantment.
The enchanted items stay enchanted and my lapis lazuli inventory is going down, but otherwise it's like the enchantments didn't happen.
