have done many resets of the and have checked wifi but still unable to load into my realm. Also on the small chance that i can load into the realm for 2min it will not save /back up if u can fix this asap that would be great

the realm jsut dosent want to load at all can not interact with anything all mobs are frozen chuncks are not loading cant open inventory cant open chest's cant activate leavers of any kind the realm is not saving/ backing up anything this has now been going on for a week or so now.
i would like to be able to load in to the realm that im paying for if this issue can be fixed really soon that would be greatly appreciated
