Our realm is not saving any progress since 9th March 2018

We have been unable to progress in our realm since 9th March.
Doesn't matter how far we travel, what we do our where we sleep, each time we play aging it starts back at the same point from days ago.

We primarily play on xbox one but have tried on windows 10 edition and Android and all have the same issue.
At the same time we keep seeing massive chunks of the environment vanishing.

There is no point us continuing with our subscription until this is resolved, its unplayable :'(

Please sort asap.

Dude, me and my friends have the EXACT same problem in our realm! same day too!

We tried again today on xbox nd pc, still the same.

We also decided to play local games external to realms just to see if it was the latest client updates, ..they still work fine.
It looks to be a realms issue for sure.
Mojang / Microsoft please fix asap as realms is worthless without save functionality and huge chunks of the world missing.

Got the same problem here with our realm, would be great if there´s an solution.

Could you tell us the name of the Realm? That would help us investigate what the problem could be.

Resolved for me! Thank you! 

I restarted our realm just to see if it is fixed and it is not for us.

What we could see when investigating your world was that the world data is corrupt. Unfortunately we haven't been able to repair it 😞 Restoring corrupt worlds can sometimes be extremely hard, a (perhaps bad) analogy is attempting to repair a broken glass. 

We checked in the backups-list from your world, the latest we have available is from 8th of April. I have restored the world to this version, but it is very likely that the world was already corrupted then. 

If that doesn't work, we unfortunately think you have to upload a new world to your realm.

As compensation, i've  added 6 months to your subscription and upgraded it to a 10p realm. 

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket has not been updated recently (~1 year+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines.

This is happening again now and i have opened a new issue for it realms-2436 

You guys need to work out what causes this and a way to fix corrupt realms otherwise all the time and effort we add in to this is pointless.
