Extreamly Lag in Neather/End on Minecraft Realms

Not Lag at all in the Realms' over world, but get extreamly lag when going into the neather, for me, the lag is only affect how fast a mob/fall or how I look at other players, but others got probelm with everything, such as breaking block/moving
Start to happen from later this March
