The previous issue was that the Logo was still appearing on the Home Screen of the Jira, but this report says that it still appears in the Projects list of the Jira because the Console Edition Jira has not been deleted like Minecraft Earth.

I believe it would still be considered a duplicate of WEB-3202, and if not, it would be WEB-3562. However, WEB-3562 was resolved as a duplicate of WEB-3202.

I've resolved this as a duplicate of WEB-3202 as it describes the same issue.
