Have you checked your email that you created your Minecraft account with for a response by them? You can also try resetting your password using your email. Another alternative can be by try typing in your security question to reset your password. (If you put 2FA on your account)
If you've lost access to your Mojang account and no longer get the email reset instructions, then please contact Customer Support.
