Have you checked your email that you created your Minecraft account with for a response by them? You can also try resetting your password using your email. Another alternative can be by try typing in your security question to reset your password. (If you put 2FA on your account)
That would be a billing error which in this case you should contact Mojang support here: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new
The reason is because you need to wait 30 days from when the username was switched and then it will be available
As you can see in this picture if you scroll down to the bottom of the MC website on the right there will be an earth and some writing and there you can change your language
When on the website's page scroll down to the bottom of the site where you should see an earth with some writing next to it and just click on that and you will be able to change it to English or other languages.
[media]If you have a Netflix subscription (I dont know about other countries but in Canada you can play the first season of story mode) thats a way or you can look at youtubers gameplay of it like DanTDM and yeah I miss it too but most likely wont return
@violine1101 I relogged and retried it multiple times and it would end up acting like a ghost block but would never disappear. Did you make sure its on the correct leveling? The Green wool on the right allows the glitch to work but the one on the left doesn't allow the glitch to work,

I think you may have not seen it but the top middle does add up to 14, you may have just not seen the 6 since it is on the side of the frame, slightly getting cut off
