[WEB-5372] Cannot purchase Minecraft windows 10 edition.

Every time i try to buy the Minecraft Windows 10 edition Master Collection is just pops up with this screen (check the attached image)

Edit: this also happens when trying to purchase any other version of the windows 10 edition

Edit: Upon restarting, the issue persists.

Hi Artemis, it looks like you are connected to VPN. Try disconnecting to that and try again.

What operating system and browser are you using?

I am currently using Windows 10 and my browser is Opera GX (in opera GX you can choose different browsers to use, I use DuckDuckGo), which doesn't cause any problems when downloading Java edition, so I will try turning my VPN off.

Upon checking the VPN symbol, the VPN was never on in the first place, I can click on the button to turn it on, but I hadn't turned it on before.
