Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the summary page for the Mojang Web Services project

2. Click "Guide: Writing Helpful Bug Reports for Minecraft" under "Useful Links"

3. Observe "The page you were looking for doesn't exist"

Observed Results:
The link led to an oops page.

Expected Results:
The link would lead to this help article.
