This issue relates to MCPE-63854, which was resolved as incomplete.
My issue has been reverted so for the time being this post is no longer necessary. Thank you for the help.
My friends have notified me that even without me being on the server they are crashing as well and they never went to the world border.
The DxDiag file has been provided as requested.
Still an issue in 1.21.132.
Was trying to place a boat next to a cow, boat went into the ground (as viewed by spectator mode).
