[WEB-5903] Bug report hyperlinks within the 1.19.1 Release Candidate 1 article do not work

The Bug:

Bug report hyperlinks within the 1.19.1 Release Candidate 1 article do not work.

This issue occurs because the letter "r" is present after the word "browse" within the bug reports' URLs.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the 1.19.1 Release Candidate 1 article on minecraft.net.
Click on any of the bug report hyperlinks.
Take note of how you're not sent to the page of the bug report.

Observed Behavior:

Bug report hyperlinks do not work. When clicking on any of the bug report hyperlinks, a page with the following URL is opened.

https://bugs.mojang.com/browser/MC-XXXXXX

Expected Behavior:

Bug report hyperlinks would work. Clicking on any of the bug report hyperlinks would instead open a page with the following URL.

https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-XXXXXX

Note that this also happens within the launcher's patch notes.

If you think this is a duplicate of MCL-21859, you are partially right. If this would be the same project, then this ticket has to be resolved as a full duplicate of MCL-21859. But because these are two seperate projects, this can't be resolved this way.
