A moderator commented on my bug report, known as MCL-22138, saying it was a duplicate, but the status claims it is still unresolved.

Hey, thanks for letting us know! Those with the "[Helper]" tag aren't able to resolve reports themselves; they just need to wait for moderators to do it, but they can still comment. I've gone ahead and closed it now for you.
For future reference, this resolving could really take anywhere from a few minutes to a month or two. If you feel it's been too long, you can make a request in the Mojira Discord server or on the Mojira subreddit rather than creating a WEB report – that would be best. Thanks! 🙂
