I can confirm, but this should probably be reported in the WEB project. The download link is unclickable due to it not actually being a hyperlink.

Discover that I also can't get this from my windows machine.

Can confirm I also have this same issue,
tried to fix it by using it on Ecosia, Edge and Google Chrome browser, with accounts logged in or not, cleared out cache, reseted program settings, mobile webpage, even on incognito mode. 
None seemed to work or be able to fix it.

This appears to be fixed. Please confirm you are still having the issue.

Can confirm this is fixed, and my server is up to date.
