Check the modnote and follow those instructions, i know of 9 people who have followed it and got their cape redeem code within 24h after contacting support.
Can confirm I also have this same issue, tried to fix it by using it on Ecosia, Edge and Google Chrome browser, with accounts logged in or not, cleared out cache, reseted program settings, mobile webpage, even on incognito mode. None seemed to work or be able to fix it.
