The Minecraft Movie x Twitch campaign is bugged, showing no active campaign in twitch to obtain the home cape. When players go to https://www.twitch.tv/drops/campaigns , they can see that there are no active campaigns for Minecraft, not even in the closed campaigns, so they’re unable to get the cape drop from watching a minecraft stream. The campaign isn’t over yet, but if the problem goes unsolved, many players won’t be able to get their capes. Please look into this issue, that i’m not even sure if it is on Mojang’s end. I’m just making sure you’re aware of it.

1. Head over to Twitch support ticket creation

Fill in the required information of your Twitch account, make sure to have meet the requirements of this drop!

Use the following categories:

General > Drops > I am not receiving a drop in-game

In its description please mention that you:

Meet the drop requirements but are not receiving the cape redeem codes in your Twitch inventory, Campaign or Notifications.

Twitch support shall email you back, first with automated emails, reply to those if they havent fixed your issue! A next email will be followed by a human response, explaining if you are eligible for this or not.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your code to appear in your Twitch notifications inbox! Which you will find located in the upper right side of the Twitch page when viewing their Twitch website on a desktop device or mobile browser. NOTE: NOT IN THE TWITCH APP!
